Located in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris 6, a few steps from the Luxembourg Gardens and Place Saint-Sulpice, Marcello is an elegant and romantic Italian restaurant. You will find intimate or more festive tables, a “lounge” and “dining room” area as well as a solid wood bar, ideal for slumming.
 
The plants and the atmosphere of the private terrace will make you forget the noise and worries of the city. The menu offers fresh homemade pasta, Italian wines and “signature” cocktails. Everything is homemade.
 
The restaurant is open every day, lunch and dinner and on weekends continuously.
Access is by metro Mabillon, Saint-Germain-des-Prés or Saint-Sulpice.

We're not saying that Marcello is the best Italian restaurant in Paris, or even the best Italian restaurant in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. 
And with good reason: there are as many Italian cuisines as there are "Mammas" in Italy.
 
What we can say is that our "Mamma" likes to "send" when the restaurant is crowded.  His cuisine is natural, instinctive and traditional. His pasta, gnocchi and ravioli are made on the spot with organic flour.
